found this quote yesterday, thought it was very appropriate in regards to the last post.

"Courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes courage is the little voice at the end of the day that says, 'I'll try again tomorrow." -Mary Anne Radmacher

This type of courage is the type I think I sometimes lack. to pick myself up once i fall and to be willing to try life again.

But today I will try.

Thanks for trying...sometimes I feel like I'm walking away from my cross a little bit. It's scary to let go with one hand, flailing...holding on desperately with the other; looking back in fear.

The hair-- Bre. It looks the exact same. After I showered, the curls were gone, and my hair looked the SAME. NO ONE NOTICED ANYTHING. And this haircut rocked my entire world. I have nothing to show for it. Even my eyebrows are normal.

My tummy is making weird noises.

A personal favourite:

"The moment you wake up each morning,
all your wishes and hopes for the day rush at you like wild animals. And the first job each morning consists in shoving it all back; in listening
to that other point of view, letting that larger, stronger, quieter life come flowing in."

C.S. Lewis

Sometimes I think I have no courage, because I don't and often think I can't roar. Thanks for the new perspective and for what it's worth I have always seen you as courageous.

Found You!

Good quote. It reminded me of the times I would 'give up' in Zambia. I'd go to my room in the middle of the day and lie down with nothing to do because I had 'quit'. Then, a few hours later, with a new idea about how to proceed, I'd go at it again.

The 'quitting' was useful, though, because it got me unstuck from the rut that wouldn't let me think of new options.
